A new planning application for Ruskin Square, based upon Croydon Council’s indicative East Croydon masterplan, is being prepared for submission in Autumn 2010.
The new planning application will follow the public consultation on the East Croydon masterplan and will be designed to accommodate the proposed improvements to East Croydon station including a new bridge across the tracks to improve platform access and links through to Cherry Orchard Road. The new planning application will continue to promote the primary functions envisaged for Ruskin Square namely high grade office buildings, residential and support retail.
We will be hosting a public exhibition and consultation of our proposals at the marketing suite on the 11th floor of AMP House, Dingwall Road on the following dates:
